Over 18 years and hundreds of millions of dollars in Houston closings taught me one thing that never changes: the deal is won before anyone signs — in the prep, in the pricing, and in the room where the negotiation actually happens. That's where I go to work for you.
I took the road less traveled to get here. I hold an accounting degree from UH-Downtown, so I read a contract the way few agents do — every number, every clause, every dollar that should stay in your pocket. Before real estate, I served as a purchaser for the U.S. Army in Kirkuk, Iraq, and spent 16 years coaching competitive women's gymnastics. Those chapters shaped how I run a deal: the numbers stay tight, and I don't flinch when the stakes climb.
I was raised in Houston and live in Spring Branch — this city is my backyard, and I know it block by block. My work runs the full range of this market: luxury homes, move-up buyers, condos and townhomes, investment property, and commercial deals, in English and Vietnamese (and sometimes Spanish). Almost all of my business comes from past clients who send me the people they love. That kind of trust isn't given lightly, and I've built my career on earning it.
